About the role

HealthHub Clinic in Dubai Festival City is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves performing safe and accurate blood collection while delivering a positive patient experience in a busy outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and blood collection for adult and paediatric patients.
• Collect, label, process and prepare specimens accurately.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, transportation and documentation.
• Identify patients correctly, maintain confidentiality and support health screening programs.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and provide clear explanations.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Phlebotomist or DHA eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, including independent blood collection.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or Tagalog language skills are highly preferred.
• Experience working with paediatric patients and difficult venous access.
