Phone Support Specialist - Arabic

About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. We're looking for an Arabic‑speaking Support Specialist to own customer issues, find solutions and contribute to daily support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless phone support to customers, ensuring confidence in using Revolut features.
• Represent Revolut with professional and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (provisional certificate acceptable).
• At least 18 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and native Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT abilities with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, flexible team player with an independent problem‑solving approach.
