Planning Manager – Hyperscale Data Center

About the role

Clear is seeking a Planning Manager to lead planning activities for large‑scale hyperscale data centre projects across the MENA region. The role offers autonomy, the chance to influence project outcomes and requires relocation to the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling for construction, design, procurement and cost across multiple data centre projects.
• Coordinate with the PMO, construction teams, consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement processes, procedures and structures to support project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for data centre, mission‑critical, industrial or large‑scale construction projects.
• Experience working with tier‑1 clients is preferred.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
