PMC Commissioning Superintendent – I&C

About the role

This position offers an experienced professional the chance to lead commissioning activities on major offshore projects for a leading energy services firm. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards while delivering high‑profile projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise commissioning activities for offshore I&C systems.
• Monitor safety and quality performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage interfaces with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Prepare and review commissioning documentation, test procedures, and hand‑over packages.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during start‑up and commissioning phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commissioning superintendent on large offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of I&C (Instrumentation & Control) systems and offshore standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent understanding of safety and quality management in high‑risk environments.
