PMC Lead Rotating Engineer

About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Rotating Engineer to lead the design, development and implementation of rotating equipment, ensuring functionality, safety and compliance with project specifications and industry standards for a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for all mechanical rotating equipment design and ensure compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate and monitor rotating equipment design and engineering with EPC contractors, IPMT and ADNOC interfaces to resolve technical issues and meet project timelines.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables from consultants and contractors, performing regular technical reviews to guarantee design quality.
• Participate in equipment sizing, selection, layout, model and design reviews, and support installation, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and develop solutions to complex problems.

Required skills

• Mechanical rotating equipment design.
• Knowledge of ADNOC standards and relevant international codes.
• Proficiency with engineering computer programs and general business software.
