PMC Project Controls Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead controls across a portfolio of high‑profile oil and gas projects for clients such as ADNOC. You will be at the forefront of delivering complex, low‑carbon energy solutions while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated cost, schedule and risk control systems for multiple projects.
• Produce accurate performance reports and earned‑value analyses for senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to resolve variances.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations and industry best practices.
• Support decision‑making by providing timely insights on project health and forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing project controls on large‑scale oil & gas or energy projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
