PMC Project Manager

About the role

KBR is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team to deliver a high‑profile offshore development for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. The PMC Project Manager will lead the multidisciplinary team and act as the primary interface between ADNOC Offshore, EPC/EPCI contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the PMC and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with ADNOC requirements, contractual obligations, HSE standards, quality criteria, schedule and budget.
• Oversee all phases of execution – engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Monitor EPC/EPCI contractor performance, critical milestones and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships, delivering regular progress, cost and risk updates.
• Lead HSE and quality initiatives, promoting safety culture and ensuring compliance with ADNOC inspection and testing plans.
• Manage project controls, cost forecasts, schedule tracking and commercial governance.
• Supervise contract compliance, variations, claims and coordinate with contracts and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; postgraduate qualification in Engineering/Project Management is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in oil & gas offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC or similar operators.
• Proven senior‑level experience in PMC/client‑side project management and EPC/EPCI supervision.
• Strong leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams and solid contractual/commercial awareness.
