PMC Specialist – Static & Packages Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMC Specialist Static & Packages Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering teams delivering high‑profile technical projects for our oil and gas client in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, executing and completing static structures and package works while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage detailed plans for static structures and packages, ensuring schedule and cost targets are met.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Interface with the client and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, risk, and safety performance, reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Petroleum Engineering.
• Proven experience in static and packages engineering within the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead PMC activities and manage large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with UAE labor and industry regulations.
