Polestar Specialist – Electric Mobility

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a passionate Polestar Specialist to join its electric mobility team in the UAE. Reporting to the Space Manager, you will be the face of the Polestar brand, guiding customers through an immersive experience and helping them discover the future of electric vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and branch vehicle sales targets while maintaining top‑tier customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and educate customers on Polestar vehicles and electric mobility solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to strong CSI, CE, and feedback metrics.
• Utilise sales and prospecting systems to build and manage a healthy customer pipeline.
• Ensure all sales documentation, cash handling, and credit procedures comply with company policies.
• Stay current with product developments, EV infrastructure, automotive trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with the wider Space team to create memorable showroom experiences and strengthen brand advocacy.
