About the role
The Pool & Beach Attendant supports Guest Service operations at Club 104, ensuring a memorable and safe experience for guests enjoying the pool and beach areas. The role blends hospitality service with hands‑on support, helping food and beverage teams while maintaining a clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and assist the kitchen in food and beverage service for pool and beach guests.
- Clean work areas, replenish supplies and keep the poolside environment tidy and safe.
- Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; experience in a food and beverage environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and to stand, walk and move on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Commitment to creating a safe workplace and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
