About the role
We are looking for a proactive Porter to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting guests with their luggage, handling calls, and assisting the front‑desk and room‑service teams to ensure a seamless stay.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all bags and guest items are correctly tagged and delivered to the appropriate rooms.
- Assist in answering front‑desk calls and transferring them to the proper personnel.
- Work with the customer service team to set up special events and update event signage throughout the facility.
- Respond promptly to guest calls regarding minor room maintenance and other needs.
- Support the room service team during peak periods of the day.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
- Reliable and able to work occasional nights and weekends.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
