Post Production Producer

About the role

The Post Production Producer will lead the end‑to‑end post‑production process for live‑action and animation projects at Hanzo’s Dubai studio. Working on‑site, you will ensure that each project moves smoothly from planning through final delivery while meeting high creative and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor post‑production timelines and budgets for multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily with editors, animators, sound designers, colourists and other specialists to keep assets flowing.
• Liaise with internal creative teams and clients to clarify briefs, capture feedback and maintain quality.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, troubleshoot production challenges and ensure final outputs meet technical specifications and narrative goals.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in video post‑production workflows, including editing, sound, colour and finishing.
• Experience in TV and video production with an understanding of on‑set processes.
• Proven project‑management skills: scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate with directors, producers, editors, animators and clients in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or animation studio with a relevant portfolio.
