Power & Grid Key Account Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within the Power & Grid segment across the UAE. You will act as the trusted advisor for utilities, transmission and distribution operators, power generators, renewable developers and EPC contractors, driving revenue growth and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and aligning solutions with customer business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead negotiations, contract renewals and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Engage C‑level executives to discuss energy transition, digital transformation and operational efficiency, presenting ROI‑based business cases.
• Coordinate with marketing, engineering and delivery teams to ensure solution relevance and provide market intelligence.
• Track account KPIs, sales targets and customer satisfaction, supporting forecasting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas account management or technical sales.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Gulf energy landscape and regulatory environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
