Pre-Commissioning Manager Coordinator

About the role

The Pre‑Commissioning Manager Coordinator will lead the pre‑commissioning phase of large‑scale construction and industrial projects, ensuring all activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with client and HSES requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all pre‑commissioning activities according to the Execution Plan and Project Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and security policies, permit‑to‑work procedures, and client standards.
• Monitor progress and productivity, develop corrective actions, and keep work within budget and schedule.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to HSSE performance goals.
• Prepare equipment and process systems for safe, on‑time commissioning and start‑up.
• Manage testing, verify performance against design specifications, and oversee rectification of deficiencies.
• Coordinate the hand‑over from construction to operations together with construction and turnover managers.
• Lead vendor and technical representative interactions during pre‑commissioning.
• Prepare progress reports and contribute to monthly project reporting.
• Supervise the pre‑commissioning team and subcontractors across all disciplines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning of industrial installations.
• Strong knowledge of schedule development and monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
