About the role

Join Taurus SA as a Pre‑Sales Engineer in Dubai, supporting the rapid global growth of a leading FinTech platform that leverages blockchain technology for digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized securities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end technology services, including deployments, configurations, upgrades, maintenance and deprecation.
• Plan, install and integrate Taurus solutions across physical, virtual or hybrid IT environments.
• Provide advanced hands‑on professional services such as product customization, integration, troubleshooting and support.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, driving adoption, retention and satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer needs into product enhancements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to partners and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to work with IT, system administration, database, DevOps and engineering teams.
• Experience designing solutions, roadmaps and system architecture for enterprise clients.
