Prequalification and Registration Coordinator

About the role

The Prequalification and Registration Coordinator will enhance Al Wazan Group's market presence by securing and maintaining vendor approvals with major oil and gas companies, EPC contractors, and related sectors in the UAE. This role ensures continuous participation in tender processes and drives new business opportunities through proactive registration management.

Key responsibilities

• Register and pre‑qualify the company with national and international oil companies, EPC contractors, and relevant UAE sectors.
• Maintain ongoing registration and pre‑qualification status for existing clients and manage the full lifecycle for new clients.
• Develop and nurture a network of contacts to secure placement on approved vendor/contractor lists.
• Monitor e‑sourcing portals, industry websites, research databases and news sources to identify RFIs, RFQs, and tender opportunities.
• Receive, acknowledge, and manage tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in pre‑qualification and registration, preferably within Oil & Gas, ADWEA, ENEC or related UAE industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
