Senior Sales Executive - Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – Infrastructure will work closely with the Infrastructure Customer Group Manager to grow Jotun’s market share for performance coatings. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing customers, promoting premium products, and meeting sales, margin and collection targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Infrastructure Customer Group Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets by managing assigned accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer account plans, understand needs, prioritize initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor projects, deliveries and accounts, proactively resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
• Promote Jotun’s premium and innovative coatings through visits, presentations, follow‑ups and specification activities.
• Monitor customer collections, ensure timely payments and achieve individual sales and contribution targets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure new business and expand existing accounts, collaborating with relevant teams on larger projects.
