Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Pricing Specialist will lead the development and monitoring of pricing strategies for Seara International in the United Arab Emirates. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and senior leadership, you will ensure pricing decisions drive competitiveness and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse price, margin, volume and cost data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and customer dynamics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct impact analyses for price changes, promotions, product‑mix adjustments and commercial terms.
• Create pricing studies, scenarios and simulations to support cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Track key pricing and profitability KPIs, flag deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of pricing policies.
• Support market intelligence initiatives by analysing trends and competitive movements.
• Leverage business‑intelligence tools and AI to improve analysis and generate new insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to analyse pricing, margin, profitability and cost data.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem‑solving skills.
