About the role

Harrow International School Dubai is building its founding team and seeks an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join the school from August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons to primary‑aged pupils while contributing to a vibrant, inclusive community aligned with Harrow values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver intellectually rigorous, creative lessons that challenge and support every pupil.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and promote personal growth.
• Maintain an inclusive, aspirational classroom culture with high expectations for curiosity and independence.
• Create a well‑ordered, resource‑rich learning environment that reflects Harrow’s standards of excellence.
• Implement formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning.
• Participate in pastoral care, house activities, and co‑curricular programmes.

Required profile

• Relevant primary‑education qualifications and teaching experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo enhanced child‑protection screening, including background, police and overseas checks.
• Ability to provide high‑quality references and proof of qualifications.
