Primary Teacher (Elementary)

About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to lead a classroom of young learners. You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain regular communication with parents. The role also requires upholding ISP’s safeguarding policies and promoting an inclusive, respectful learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans and activities for primary/elementary students.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction to young learners.
• Assess and monitor student learning and progress regularly.
• Communicate consistently with parents and guardians about student performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISP safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Foster an inclusive classroom that respects diversity and promotes well‑being.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Proven experience in primary/elementary education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Alignment with ISP values of wellbeing, respect, operational effectiveness, financial responsibility, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school community.
