Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Promote innovative, student‑centered teaching practices and analyse academic results to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identifying professional development needs.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress and implement support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, participate in meetings and address concerns.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field with a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of X years of primary teaching experience; experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, instructional and assessment skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Effective communication, planning and organisational abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and student‑centered learning.
