Principal Consultant – AI Program Management

About the role

The Consulting team at Dell Technologies helps customers solve strategic, organizational and business challenges by delivering technical solutions that drive market share and efficiency. As a Principal Consultant you will act as a subject‑matter expert on AI technology transformation, shaping AI strategy into concrete execution across multiple teams and stakeholders in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct executive workshops and deep‑dive sessions to frame options and deliver recommendations.
• Review and assess statements of work for quality, clear expectations, dependencies, success criteria and milestones.
• Provide oversight of large and complex programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Manage customer experience and internal stakeholder relationships while offering clear thought leadership.
• Translate ambiguous AI initiatives into defined milestones, trade‑offs and executive‑ready updates.

Required profile

• 15+ years of related professional experience or equivalent.
• Execution excellence – drives timelines, dependencies, RAID logs and cross‑functional accountability.
• AI literacy – understands model lifecycle, data dependencies, evaluation, deployment and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex signals into clear recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and influence skills with senior stakeholders.

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• Azure Architect Expert certification.
• TOGAF certification.
