Principal – Corporate Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Principal to lead corporate finance activities for a leading luxury real‑estate developer in Dubai. The role will involve driving financial analysis, valuation and capital‑raising initiatives across a growing portfolio of development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, including DCF, project feasibility, sensitivity and return calculations for development projects and acquisitions.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and financial materials for investors, family offices and institutional partners.
• Support investment committee decisions through commercial analysis, market research and strategic partnership evaluation.
• Structure transactions, joint ventures and financing solutions; coordinate lender due‑diligence and refinancing activities.
• Manage relationships with Arabic‑speaking investors, banks and capital providers, representing the company in meetings.
• Oversee debt management, capital allocation and funding strategies across the development pipeline.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• 8–15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment analysis or real‑estate development finance.
• Proven track record of leading valuation, capital‑raising and joint‑venture transactions.
