Process Engineer – AI‑Enabled Document & Workflow Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced process engineers who will train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and focused on creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated outputs for manufacturing and technical operations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce AI‑generated production capacity models and bill of materials packages.
• Develop root‑cause failure analysis reports and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Create quality‑control inspection checklists and supplier qualification packages.
• Iterate on AI outputs to improve accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulated manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to define evaluation metrics and feedback loops.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management.
• Direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials creation, or quality‑control processes.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and supplier qualification standards.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
