Processor – EI Sales (Banking Operations)

About the role

Emirates Islamic is seeking a detail‑oriented Processor to join its EI Sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on handling customer finance applications from submission through approval and booking, ensuring accuracy, timely follow‑up, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer finance applications accurately within agreed turnaround times.
• Collect, verify, and manage required documents according to approved checklists.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal completion.
• Respond to customer queries and provide regular updates on application status.
• Maintain MIS reports and ensure adherence to SOPs, audit, compliance, and service‑quality standards.

Required profile

• UAE national preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification.
• Experience in banking operations, sales support, processing, customer service, or administration.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation management, and follow‑up skills.
• Good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
