Procurement Analyst (Graduate)

About the role

Astratech is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its Procurement team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the full purchasing cycle, from supplier sourcing to spend analysis, under the guidance of experienced buyers and category managers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and on time.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and prepare comparison sheets to support buying decisions.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, catalogues and pricing information in the ERP system.
• Analyse spend data, prepare basic reports, dashboards and summaries to highlight trends and savings opportunities.
• Track open orders, follow up with suppliers on confirmations, lead times and outstanding items.
• Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance documentation is collected.
• Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution in coordination with Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations and warehouse to ensure smooth procurement delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates and internship experience are welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic pivot tables).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) – a plus.
