Procurement Chief – International Construction Projects

About the role

KUZU GROUP is looking for an experienced Procurement Chief to lead procurement activities across its international construction projects. The role will be based in Dubai and will support operations in Albania, Libya, Latvia and other overseas sites, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective supply of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from requisition approval to supplier delivery, in line with company procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and market trends.
• Oversee procurement of Mechanical, Plant & Equipment, Electrical and Civil Works.
• Process procurement records in the ERP system and coordinate documentation with Finance.
• Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations and prepare bid comparison and cost‑analysis reports.
• Verify invoices against delivery notes and ensure accurate documentation across departments.
• Conduct market research to build and maintain a reliable supplier portfolio.
• Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries and ensure compliance with quality and OHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience within the construction industry.
• Strong teamwork, negotiation and planning abilities.
• Dynamic, proactive and result‑oriented mindset.
