Procurement Coordinator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator on a six‑month contract to manage end‑to‑end sourcing for operational and project needs. The role works closely with internal teams, global suppliers and finance to ensure timely, cost‑effective and compliant procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for offshore, field‑based and project mobilisation phases.
• Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders and track deliveries through to receipt.
• Support urgent, time‑sensitive procurement requests during operational cycles.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and inventory data within ERP systems.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with contract administration, vendor agreements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A and Accounts Payable on cost tracking, budget monitoring and invoice matching.
• Monitor open purchase orders, committed costs and unbilled services, supporting month‑end close activities.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with company policies, proper coding and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a project‑based or operational environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
