Procurement Executive – Marine & Oilfield Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a UAE‑experienced Procurement Executive with strong knowledge of the marine and oilfield industry to join our team. The role involves sourcing equipment, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of critical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Source marine and oilfield equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Identify and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Research new products and alternative suppliers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of UAE procurement experience.
• Experience in marine or oilfield procurement is preferred.
• Good knowledge of marine equipment, oilfield products, and spare parts.
• Strong supplier negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE and international suppliers.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
