Procurement Intern

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Procurement Intern to support the regional toll manufacturing procurement strategy across the IMEA region. The intern will work closely with the Regional Tolling Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive cost savings, supplier optimization, and sourcing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the IMEA toll manufacturing procurement strategy.
• Lead supplier consolidation initiatives to optimize the toll manufacturer base and leverage regional spend.
• Identify raw material and packaging optimization opportunities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct price reviews, validations, and approvals to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.
• Collaborate with toll manufacturers to qualify alternative raw material sources and improve supply security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Basic experience or knowledge in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
