Procurement Manager – Finance

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join Zabeel House The Greens, a boutique hotel within the Jumeirah portfolio. The role focuses on developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives and budgets, while supporting EBITDA improvements through effective sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with financial targets.
• Lead sourcing activities, tendering (RFP/RFQ) and supplier selection.
• Ensure competitive bidding, transparency and compliance across all procurement processes.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise overall spend.
• Manage procurement budgets and track savings against forecasts.
• Support EBITDA improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or a corporate environment.
• Strong background in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as Oracle.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP.
