Procurement Officer – Interior Design & Construction

About the role

Aujan Interiors is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of construction, fit‑out, and interior finishing materials for projects across Dubai. The role bridges design, estimation, project, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure construction, fit‑out, and interior finishing materials.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Project, and Accounts teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain strong vendor relationships, and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of procurement experience in interior design, fit‑out, or construction within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, MEP items, furniture, fixtures, and construction products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Microsoft Office
• ERP (procurement module) experience
