Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, from sourcing to delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and keep accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and priorities.
• Follow up with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery of equipment and materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
• Support vendor registration, evaluation, and documentation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the UAE.
• Good knowledge of the UAE supplier and vendor market.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a plus.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
