Procurement Officer – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

Provident Real Estate is seeking a driven Procurement Officer to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for its real‑estate brokerage operations in Dubai. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to secure high‑quality goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers against quality and cost criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve advantageous deals.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor order status, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and track performance.
• Ensure purchased products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, deliveries, and invoices.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs and provide status updates.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze cost‑saving opportunities.
• Preferred experience in the real‑estate sector.
