Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the sales function for Rabdan Developments’ portfolio of luxury real estate projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai is responsible for shaping sales strategy, managing pipelines and driving revenue growth in line with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies for high‑end residential projects.
• Oversee sales pipelines, monitor market trends and optimise conversion processes.
• Lead, coach and support a high‑performing sales team.
• Engage with prospective buyers, maintain key client relationships and collaborate with marketing and development teams.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven sales expertise with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in real estate or related sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to deliver premium buyer experiences.
• Demonstrated team‑management skills, including mentoring diverse sales teams.
• Solid business‑development background, identifying opportunities and building partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, especially with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strategic, data‑driven decision‑making experience, including use of CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the Dubai luxury property market is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
