Procurement & Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement & Planning Coordinator will support CROWN Emirates Company Limited in acquiring raw materials and packaging, while aligning procurement activities with production schedules and sales forecasts. This role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, optimal inventory levels, and smooth inbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement for raw materials and packaging, negotiating payment terms, lead times, and supply conditions.
• Prepare weekly reports aligned with the production plan and inbound material status.
• Develop the monthly Production Operating Plan based on sales forecasts and inventory data.
• Maintain the Raw Material Requirement Sheet for all categories and ensure timely release of purchase orders.
• Track supplier performance, manage OTIF delivery, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SAP procurement, inventory, and planning modules with high accuracy.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound shipments to avoid demurrage and detention, monitor warehouse space, FIFO adherence, and raw material movement.
• Oversee timely sale and payment collection for aluminium scrap.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or a similar supply‑chain role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, inventory management, and production planning.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
