Procurement Specialist

About the role

MAK Developers LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to oversee the purchasing of materials and services that support its construction and real‑estate projects. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, from supplier identification to contract finalisation, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and qualify reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request quotations, negotiate prices and contract terms, and prepare purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, payments and resolve any supplier issues.
• Ensure purchased goods meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Produce regular procurement reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchase order management, supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical abilities for cost analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the real‑estate development, construction or building‑materials sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems for procurement processes.

• Competitive salary ranging from 4,000 AED to 6,000 AED per month.
