Procurement Specialist

About the role

Network International is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its UAE operations and subsidiaries. Based in Al Barsha, you will manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, drive category‑specific initiatives and deliver measurable cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and manage strategic and operational procurement activities for Network UAE and its subsidiaries.
• Support the Procurement Manager and Category Managers on sourcing initiatives.
• Own and deliver procurement projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure compliance with Group procurement policies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve optimal terms.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable savings and managing projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
