Product Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Product Design Lead to drive user growth through UX/UI design. The role sits within the Growth team and will shape user journeys, growth tools, and data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Growth team to design and iterate user journeys and growth tools.
• Ensure design fidelity during implementation and track post‑launch performance, proposing data‑driven improvements.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and manage feedback to inform experience enhancements.
• Provide flexible design support to other teams facing resource bottlenecks.
• Work closely with UED designers to maintain platform‑wide design standards and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or a related field; overseas study experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in user growth or B‑side product design.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with product and business teams and balance business objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
