Product Director - Parcel Forwarding

About the role

The Product Director – Parcel Forwarding will lead the revitalisation and growth of the Shop & Ship and MyUS product lines for Access USA Shipping. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic vision, data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver superior customer experiences and profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data to identify trends, customer needs and competitive gaps.
• Design and launch medium‑term turnaround programmes that boost acquisition, optimise pricing, improve retention and refine market segmentation.
• Partner with marketing leadership to embed data‑centric segmentation, experimentation and multi‑channel campaign integration.
• Map the end‑to‑end customer journey, pinpoint friction points and translate insights into operational and satisfaction improvements.
• Maintain strong financial literacy around cost structures, unit economics and profit margin management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and other stakeholders to align on commercial objectives and drive execution.

• Seasoned leader with a proven track record of product turnaround and growth in a competitive market.
• Deep commercial insight and ability to align product innovation with business objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable turning complex data sets into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing profit‑and‑loss responsibility and influencing cross‑functional teams.
