Product Information Manager

About the role

The Product Information Manager leads the management, accuracy, and governance of product information and nutritional data across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting product development, commercialization, and manufacturing consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to support the development, reformulation, and commercialization of food and beverage products.
• Calculate and verify product nutritional values, develop nutrition facts panels, and ensure compliance with labeling regulations and health claim legislation.
• Evaluate ingredients, review scientific literature, and monitor nutrition science trends to drive innovation.
• Maintain accurate product recipes, ingredient specifications, and Bills of Materials within recipe management systems, supporting automation and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and guidance on nutrition labeling, health claims, and regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food research, product development processes, and food safety and hygiene standards.
• Understanding of product stability testing and shelf‑life evaluation methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of food products, manufacturing processes, and relevant ingredients.
