Product Manager - Airline Platforms & Digital Projects

About the role

The Product Manager – Airline Platforms & Digital Projects will own and deliver high‑impact digital initiatives across the airline’s customer‑facing and commercial platforms. Working at the intersection of strategy, investment and execution, you will guide projects from business case through to delivery and measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex digital initiatives across web, mobile, booking, payments, loyalty, self‑service and post‑booking journeys.
• Develop investment‑grade business cases with financial modelling, ROI analysis and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic objectives into product initiatives, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Prepare and present data‑driven updates and investment proposals to senior leadership.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams to ensure customer‑centric outcomes.
• Manage delivery governance, dependencies, risks and trade‑offs across multiple teams.
• Leverage AI tools, analytics and automation frameworks to accelerate discovery, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Define and track success metrics such as conversion, revenue uplift, adoption, NPS and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, product leadership or digital transformation within airlines, travel or large consumer platforms.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives from business case to delivery.
