Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from strategy through go‑to‑market, working closely with the Product Lead to shape the roadmap and ensure seamless delivery. You will act as the main liaison between tech, internal stakeholders and external partners, translating feedback into actionable product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve product innovations that meet internal and customer requirements.
• Set clear product objectives, key results and communicate the roadmap to relevant parties.
• Deeply understand customer experience to identify gaps, generate ideas and drive market share growth.
• Write detailed feature requirements and prepare supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Qashio’s tech team to achieve rapid time‑to‑market while optimizing resources.
• Lead streamlined product launches, coordinating with management, public relations and other product team members.
• Represent Qashio in face‑to‑face customer interactions to gather feedback.
• Participate in agile sprints, stand‑ups and ensure compliance with timelines.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management or leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on software development experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
