Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own a high‑impact area of the webook.com customer experience. You will lead a cross‑functional squad, shape product strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve both user satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end problem space, considering customer needs, market context, competition, constraints, and technical trade‑offs.
• Define a clear product direction and translate it into a focused roadmap with explicit trade‑offs tied to company goals.
• Lead discovery using research, data, and experimentation to de‑risk ideas and validate hypotheses.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, set crisp outcomes, and deliver incremental value.
• Maintain a high quality bar from build to launch, including acceptance criteria, testing, and rollout readiness, then measure results and iterate.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience with end‑to‑end ownership in a cross‑functional squad.
• Background in a consumer marketplace or high‑frequency transaction product is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to make evidence‑based decisions, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with product tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
• Strong data fluency – defining metrics, interpreting results, and iterating based on insights.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams to ship high‑quality products.
