Product Operations Manager – Payroll

About the role

Deel is looking for a Product Operations Manager to lead payroll‑related initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and go‑to‑market teams, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes across multiple product streams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle for payroll features across 10+ product teams.
