Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will partner with ADIB’s Digital leadership team to shape and deliver digital solutions that transform customer experiences. This role focuses on defining measurable objectives that drive market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction through innovative, customer‑centred digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product managers and cross‑functional teams in designing and delivering digital solutions that address business challenges and capture opportunities.
• Define the product portfolio, make major product decisions, and enact roadmaps developed by the product team.
• Collaborate with the Digital Factory to prioritize development work and set delivery timelines.
• Drive innovation across product lines, ensuring rapid impact for employees, customers, and advisors.
• Prepare and present product visions and proposals to senior leadership, aligning new opportunities with ADIB’s strategic goals.
• Provide dynamic leadership, nurture top talent, and build relationships with internal partners and external networks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital product development and marketing, preferably within a digital banking environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills and ability to interpret product metrics.
• Proven track record of designing consumer‑focused products and launching live services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and capable of working collaboratively in a team.
• Thought leadership and a proactive approach to innovation.
