Product Solutions Manager – MSSP

About the role

Senior Product Solutions Manager for Managed Security Services (MSSP) at a leading ICT company in Dubai. The role blends deep technical expertise in digital security with commercial acumen to shape and deliver smart surveillance and security solutions for enterprise, SMB and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre‑sales and sales teams to capture customer requirements and design customized security solutions.
• Assist sales in creating MSSP products targeted at enterprise, SMB and government segments.
• Lead product development and road‑mapping for MSSP offerings, managing complex sales cycles.
• Develop and nurture channel and partnership alliances across the region.
• Analyse market trends and model go‑to‑market strategies aligned with global MSSPs.
• Drive growth initiatives within key verticals and forecast P&L for MSSP solutions.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing and operations to enhance product and customer experience.
• Gather market requirements through research and customer visits, prioritising product features.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of product management or sales experience, preferably in IT security.
• Degree or Master’s (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong commercial and client‑facing skills with proven negotiation ability.
• Experience handling RFPs/RFQs and translating client needs into security solutions.
