Product Specialist - CNS

About the role

The Product Specialist – CNS will promote and drive sales of assigned central nervous system products across the UAE. Reporting to the Line Manager in Sales & Marketing, the role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering product education, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CNS products to doctors, pharmacists and key decision‑makers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Conduct regular territory visits to ensure optimal coverage of healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and provide training to HCPs, sales teams and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that increase market penetration.
• Participate in medical conferences, product launches, CME sessions and other promotional events.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, territory coverage and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market data.
