Product Trainer

About the role

Cartrack is seeking a proactive Product Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for internal teams and external clients across multiple markets. You will play a key role in ensuring customers and staff fully understand Cartrack’s vehicle telematics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop tailored programs for internal staff and external clients in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Design and deliver classroom, onsite, and online sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to uncover additional training requirements.
• Collect feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously improve materials.
• Assist in creating and updating product user guides in three languages.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires across various countries.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business with strong academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training.
• Excellent, engaging communication style and confidence in delivering presentations.

Required skills

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for training delivery.
