Production Data Analyst – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Production Data Analyst will collect, validate and analyse production‑related data to support dashboards, management reports and operational reviews. You will work closely with production, planning and quality teams to turn raw data into actionable insights that improve performance and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and validate production data from ERP/SAP/MES systems, databases and operational sources.
• Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel.
• Monitor key production KPIs such as OEE/OLE, productivity, downtime, quality and manpower utilization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through cross‑functional verification.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Support management decision‑making with insights, variance analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering and Procurement to enhance reporting and data visibility.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of data management practices.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or related operational analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
